As the Chief Client Officer, Lenny’s top priority is making sure Watermark clients are set up for success, which is why he leads the go-to-market strategy for the company, as well as the client service experience, which includes the areas of Sales, Client Success, Client Services, and Client Support. Lenny’s professional background is in building teams and driving operational excellence and process improvement. Prior to Watermark, he served as the Senior Vice President and then President of Legal Markets for ALM Media, as well as Vice President of Thomson Reuters. Lenny earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Virginia and his MBA from Georgetown University.
