Senior Director of Client Support, Watermark
As the Senior Director of Client Support, Starr is responsible for all of Watermark's technical support efforts. With over a decade of experience in educational technology, she enjoys representing the voice of the customer and has an almost obsessive nature when it comes to anticipating and solving their challenges. Previously, Starr was a high school English teacher in Brooklyn, NY and an English teacher in Japan. She holds a BA in English and an MEd in Secondary Education from the University of Florida.
