Senior Vice President of Client Success
As the Senior Vice President of Client Success, Tim is responsible for building a highly collaborative environment for both clients and internal stakeholders. Doing so ensures Watermark delivers an integrated, consistent client experience across platforms that not only meets but exceeds client expectations. Prior to this role, Tim served as the Chief Strategy Officer for Digital Measures, where he leveraged the best practices of continuous improvement and change management to build highly successful collaborative teams. Tim has over 20 years of experience leading strategic accounts, marketing and product development teams at Brady Corporation. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Tim also holds a Six Sigma green belt. In his free time, Tim enjoys spending time with his family and taking advantage of all of Wisconsin’s seasons for a variety of outdoor activities, including hiking and skiing.
