Before Texas State University adopted Faculty Success (formerly Digital Measures), it was like the "Wild West." Faculty activity data was stored in multiple databases and documents across campus, and the annual review process required extensive follow-up and coordination.

After implementing the new system, the team slashed time spent on report collation and formatting by 88%, and each department can customize their reports for annual review.
