The Minority Male Success Initiative (MMSI) is a three-year commitment of eleven community colleges to assess and enhance the student success outcomes of minority male students. This research is designed to identify best practices for increasing student success, maximizing student and campus participation, and increasing program effectiveness and efficiency. This document is the first in a series of reports created for the Minority Male Success Initiative (MMSI) for the North Carolina Community College System (NCCCS).
