Watermark is pleased to partner with the Educational Dispositional Assessment Consultants, LLC (EDA, LLC) to support a rubric-based approach to measuring teacher candidate dispositions. As part of this partnership, Watermark will license, distribute, and support the technical implementation of the EDA instrument in educator preparation programs.

About the EDA, LLC
The EDA, LLC is composed of research professors from The University of Tampa: Dr. Gina M. Almerico, Dr. Pattie Johnston, and Dr. Adrianne Wilson. They developed the EDA instrument as a rubric-based tool to track and monitor candidate dispositional behaviors as they progress through teacher preparation programs. The dispositions are aligned to CAEP and InTASC standards to help programs meet accreditation requirements.
