About Our Partnership
The EDA, LLC is composed of three research professors from The University of Tampa who developed the Educator Disposition Assessment (EDA) instrument to better assess dispositional behaviors as teacher candidates progress through educator preparation programs.
Based on more than 700 hours of research, the EDA was developed as a rubric-based instrument for assessing educational dispositions, to help ed prep providers meet requirements for accreditation set by the Council for the Accreditation of Educator Preparation (CAEP) and state accrediting agencies.
As part of this partnership, Watermark will license and distribute the EDA to educator preparation programs, as well as support its technical implementation.
