In January, Inside Higher Ed released their sixth annual Survey of College and University Chief Academic Officers (CAO’s) which revealed how these campus leaders perceive and deal with the challenges facing higher education institutions in the U.S.

We invite members of the Taskstream and AALHE communities to join us for this exclusive briefing with Inside Higher Ed editor Scott Jaschik to explore the findings from the study and take an in-depth look at how CAO’s perceive the impact of assessment efforts on teaching and learning outcomes across their campuses.

During the private briefing moderated by AALHE president Catherine Wehlburg, Jaschik will also share some of the broader findings from the study, including:

  • How do provosts/CAOs assess the “academic health” of their institutions?
  • How do CAOs assess the state of liberal arts education and its future?
  • Have CAOs seen improvements in their institution’s financial outlook?

There will also be ample opportunity to ask questions throughout this interactive event.  Download the findings from the survey in advance of the webinar.
