Whether known as institutional outcomes, GenEd outcomes, graduate attributes, or by some other name, most institutions strive for holistic student development. The University of Central Oklahoma adopted Transformative Learning as its approach to accomplish this, and began designing the Student Transformative Learning Record (STLR) initiative in 2012 to operationalize Transformative Learning.
