Faculty promotion, tenure, and annual review processes are in full swing — are your processes for building review packets and running review processes as comprehensive and automated as they could be? Are there gaps in data or breakdowns between steps that make it difficult to give faculty quality feedback and make accurate decisions?
Faculty reviews do not have to be a cumbersome and manual process. In our upcoming webinar, learn how Austin Peay State University (APSU) overcame these obstacles as faculty and administration worked together to carefully create workflows that captured each step of their distinct retention, promotion, and tenure process. See how they streamlined their faculty review processes and fostered a flexible and collaborative faculty and administrative culture with support from Watermark.
