Elizabeth Heise joined Cal State LA in the summer of 2023 as the AVP for Faculty Affairs. Her office manages the business processes related to faculty from recruitment to retirement and everything in between. Prior to joining the CSU she spent 20 years working at three University of Texas institutions in faculty and administrator positions.
