What to expect

You don’t need another lecture on how to collect data or conduct assessment—they need a better way to think about the data they already have.

Endless spreadsheets and dashboards often create more noise than clarity, leaving leaders overwhelmed and guessing on strategy. Real growth doesn’t come from gathering more evidence to back up a story; it comes from knowing how to turn insights into actual momentum.

Join Watermark subject matter experts for practical strategies on how to effectively cut through the noise. We’ll pull back the curtain on how to shift your culture from passive reporting to confident, human-centered action.

What we’ll explore together:

  • What we’re seeing in the field: Honest trends and themes from Watermark clients, including what’s exciting and overwhelming teams today.
  • From evidence to action: How we think about using data as a catalyst for institutional growth rather than just a compliance checkbox.
  • The human context: Why numbers alone fail without the story behind them, and how to balance metrics with real-world impact.
