Investing in faculty at every career stage is not just an investment in individual faculty members — it’s an investment in the institution’s future success and continuous improvement. Gain insight into the steps that The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) took to design and implement programs that promote professional evolution while giving faculty a clear path to success at their institution. See how they identified and invested in the resources necessary to benefit both their faculty and their institution.

Why attend? We’ll explore best practices on:

  • Designing professional development opportunities that cater to the needs of unique audiences, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
  • Supporting faculty in research, teaching, service, and work-life balance.
  • Guiding faculty through career transitions, promotions, and leadership roles.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous growth and collaboration.

This webinar is presented in partnership with The Chronicle of Higher Education.
