Course evals purpose-built for student success
What To Expect
From low response rates to delayed insights, Oklahoma Baptist University’s (OBU) course evaluation process was not capturing student feedback effectively, creating more work for university staff and hindering their academic innovation and continuous improvement.
Because of this, improving student feedback and satisfaction required a multifaceted approach. Join our webinar as OBU shares their experiences identifying areas for improvement across campus stakeholders. Hear how they created a course evaluation task force, working with the assessment office to examine the effectiveness of all surveys distributed to students for program-specific accreditation and student satisfaction and educate students on the culture of assessment.
You’ll see how OBU was able to:
- Streamline the multitude of surveys administered to students and lessen survey fatigue with simplified workflows in Watermark Course Evaluations & Surveys.
- Collect creative student feedback to turn into actionable next steps.
- Surface student feedback in their annual faculty evaluation process.
- Connect course evaluation results with other university processes impacting student success.
