From low response rates to delayed insights, Oklahoma Baptist University’s (OBU) course evaluation process was not capturing student feedback effectively, creating more work for university staff and hindering their academic innovation and continuous improvement.

Because of this, improving student feedback and satisfaction required a multifaceted approach. Join our webinar as OBU shares their experiences identifying areas for improvement across campus stakeholders.
