About the panelists

Dr. George Still

Dr. George Still

George Still is a twenty year veteran in higher education administration. His research focuses on barriers to student success in higher education. He has published work and sponsored research focused on barriers to student success, belonging, and research methods. He currently serves as the Associate Vice President of Institutional Effectiveness at Fresno State where he oversees student outcomes research and improving retention and graduation through data. Prior to this role he served as the director of assessment for the Division of Student Affairs at the University of North Carolina, Greensboro. In this role, he conducted student survey research. He oversaw annual reports, program reviews, and accreditation support, in addition to his leadership role on the campus’s data governance committee, the campus climate committee, and various retention committees. He also serves on the Grand Challenges in Assessment national workgroup and the Commission on Assessment for ACPA.

Dr. Matthew Winn

Dr. Matthew Winn

As a senior analyst for The Tambellini Group, Dr. Matt Winn focuses his research initiatives on academic administration, LMS, and other teaching and learning technologies. He uses his expertise to connect complex technology concepts and advise members on strategic planning and selection strategies. Matt also uses his wide range of experience to serve and improve higher education. Specifically, he assists higher education clients to increase their efficiency and efficacy, integrate disparate systems, create automations, and improve various processes across campus.

Matt has become vetted in the education technology space with nearly 20 years of experience. Passionate about using technology to serve and improve education, he has led several modernization and implementation projects with student information systems, learning management systems, CRM, and other different student and academic systems. Before joining Tambellini Group, Matt served as a university VP of Information Technology and dean of Online Education at Dallas Baptist University. He has also worked in various roles, including Information Technology, Online Learning, Teaching, Admissions, and Student Affairs.

Dr. Leeshawn Cradoc Moore

Dr. Leeshawn Cradoc Moore

Dr. Leeshawn Cradoc Moore is the Director of Institutional Research and Assessment & Accreditation Liaison Officer at Pitzer, her alma mater.  She earned a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish from Pitzer. She went on to earn an M.A. and Ph.D. in Education from Claremont Graduate University.

Her career in Institutional Research and Assessment spans over twenty-five years  at one public college, and two private institutions in the Southern California region.   In addition to external and internal reporting and assessment activities, she oversees data governance and creates data reporting workflows that enable efficient reporting. In addition, she provides evidence-driven insights to campus discussions on student success and sense of belonging to her college and presented at conferences like the Assessment Institute.

Dr. Cradoc Moore  served as a board  director on the Board of the California Association for Institutional Research (CAIR)  for two terms 2016-19 and 2022-23. During her past and present board appointments, Dr. Cradoc Moore has been responsible for the professional development of Institutional Research and Assessment professionals. IR 101 series trains new  and experienced professionals in the field of institutional research on the foundations of IR and new technological tools to support the work.  Furthermore, she represented CAIR at the WASC Senior College and University Commission Academic Resource Fair and at the Association for Institutional Research.

Dr. Glenn Phillips

Dr. Glenn Allen Phillips

Dr. Glenn Allen Phillips is a Senior Insights Consultant at Watermark. In his role, he works directly with client colleagues to discuss good practices in assessment and accreditation, and suggest the use of integrated technology as appropriate. Prior to Watermark, Phillips served as the Director of Assessment at Howard University and the Acting Director of Assessment at The University of Texas at Arlington.
