What To Expect

In 2020, Texas State University faced a critical challenge: managing all online course evaluations across 47 departments, 90 survey forms, and nearly 40,000 students. Up until this time, course-evaluation management consumed 70 percent of one full-time equivalent employee’s time, creating a “single point of failure.” To address this, Texas State empowered each department to take ownership of their own evaluation processes by transitioning from Tk20 to Watermark Course Evaluations & Surveys.

In this webinar, Texas State shares their implementation journey and gives insight into:

  • Steps they took to spread out responsibility even while implementing a centralized approach.
  • Challenges they faced and the impact of having a centralized system.
  • What worked, what didn’t, and their lessons learned.

This is a recording of a presentation from Watermark Engage 2024.
