Leeann Cline-Burris

Leeann Cline-Burris currently serves as the Senior Director of Strategy and Analytics at Isothermal Community College in Spindale, NC. In this role, she leads the college’s accreditation, strategic planning, and data-informed decision-making efforts in furtherance of its mission by strengthening institutional effectiveness and student success. Her work spans the design of actionable dashboards, enrollment and program analytics, and strategic priority implementation, helping leaders translate complex data into clear decisions that improve outcomes for students and the institution. Prior to her current role, Leeann served Isothermal as the Continuing Education Registrar where she oversaw non-credit enrollment, records, and compliance reporting.

Dr. Jeanna Mastrodicasa

Dr. Jeanna Mastrodicasa is the Assistant Provost and Director of Institutional Assessment at the University of Florida. Prior to this role, she initiated student affairs assessment efforts at UF and wrote the Institutional Effectiveness reports for her two previous units. From 2015-2017, she was the co-chair of the Assessment, Evaluation, and Research Knowledge Community for her professional association, NASPA. Dr. Mastrodicasa holds a Ph.D. in higher education administration from the University of Florida, a M.S. in college student personnel from the University of Tennessee, and a J.D. and a A.B.J. from the University of Georgia.

Rachel Jackson serves as Assistant Vice Provost for Academic Program Strategy & Innovation at Texas Tech University, where she leads initiatives that strengthen academic quality, planning, and continuous improvement. She oversees university processes related to academic unit review, academic course review, strategic academic partnerships, and the technologies that support these efforts. With 20 years of experience spanning across the student lifecycle, Jackson focuses on helping institutions turn assessment and data into practical, mission-driven action that supports faculty, students, and institutional goals.
