Watermark is committed to ensuring that all users, including those with disabilities, can equitably access and benefit from our products.
We design accessibility into our products from the start and continue to enhance accessibility through every stage of the product lifecycle. Our aim is to meet or exceed global accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Levels A and AA and the European standard EN 301 549.
Watermark maintains a comprehensive accessibility program featuring internal policies, technical standards, and ongoing training. We have a dedicated accessibility team and established processes to ensure accessibility is integrated in every aspect of our work:
Watermark develops its digital products to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Levels A and AA. These guidelines help ensure that our digital platforms are perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for all users. We also align with the European standard EN 301 549 as required under the European Accessibility Act for applicable products and services.
Accessibility is a continuous priority at Watermark. Each product undergoes regular auditing to assess conformance formally.
To request an Accessibility Conformance Report (ACR/VPAT) for a specific product, please email accessibility@watermarkinsights.com and specify the product name.
Despite our best efforts, some accessibility limitations may arise. When known, these are detailed in the relevant Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs) for each product along with a remediation timeline.
If you encounter an accessibility issue, please report it to our accessibility team at accessibility@watermarkinsights.com, and our support team can recommend applicable workarounds while we address the issue. See our accessibility support page for more information.
