Watermark understands institutions’ need to provide accessible software products to their faculty, staff and students, and our product development makes every effort to provide software that gives all users the same, complete access to Watermark systems.

Watermark is committed to producing and maintaining systems that support criteria for accessibility. Watermark’s product development process incorporates best-in-class accessibility practices to ensure future product offerings meet Federal Section 508 and WCAG 2.0 AA criteria, as applicable. Additionally, we incorporate feedback from accessibility experts and people with disabilities who tested our software for optimal usability.

Full details on all accessibility features and compliance with applicable criteria can be found in each product offerings VPAT document, available upon request.

We encourage users and administrators to contact our Support team with any feedback or concerns, so that we can address inquiries quickly.

Note that some optional services and third-party plugins used in conjunction with our software may not be covered by this Accessibility Statement.
