D’Youville College Selects Watermark for Academic and Non-Academic Use Across Campus
NEW YORK— July 25, 2018 –Watermark, the largest provider of educational intelligence software for higher education worldwide, is pleased to welcome one of its newest institutional partners, D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY. Accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education, D’Youville has selected Watermark’s educational intelligence systems for use across the campus in both academic and non-academic units, which includes the assessment of co-curricular activities.
D’Youville adopted Watermark for its abilities to integrate programs’ efforts around outcomes assessment and streamline evaluation. With a goal of increasing efficiencies and creating a more holistic picture of institutional effectiveness processes, D’Youville plans to leverage Watermark to: 1) support course-based assessment within its four schools and General Education program, 2) assess co-curricular activities to enhance student life, 3) prepare institutional data reports that will increase transparency across campus, and 4) provide students with a comprehensive portfolio system that allows them to track their growth and showcase their academic learning and extracurricular learning experiences.
