Higher education is at a critical moment in history. Student support needs rose dramatically during the COVID-19 pandemic, amid a mass exodus of higher education personnel. Small to mid-size institutions have been especially hard-hit, as remaining staff attempt to fill the massive gap between student expectations and available support. Nowhere is this disconnect between technology and support staff more apparent than when prospective students attempt to enroll in a new college or university.
