Increasing Response Rates and Eliminating Paper SETs with Bossier Parish Community College

The costs associated with paper-based course evaluations were growing along with enrollment, and Bossier Parish Community College also had to administer surveys for online courses. Their homegrown digital solution was time-consuming to set up and manage, and it often took another full semester to process surveys and deliver results.

Course Evaluations & Surveys (formerly EvaluationKIT) was up and running within a week of training, and it took less than an hour to set up integration with Blackboard so course, instructor, and student data could flow into Course Evaluations & Surveys (formerly EvaluationKIT).

After implementation, the amount of money saved on paper alone offset the license cost, while response rates doubled.
