Once a set of learning outcomes for a given program or service area are determined, it is important to determine the degree to which the available learning experiences are aligned. Curriculum mapping enables the evaluation of how well outcomes are delivered and can identify gaps in the learning opportunities provided. This webinar will discuss approaches to curriculum mapping, with multiple “real-world” and low-tech examples provided.

Learning Outcomes:

  • Describe the purpose of curriculum mapping
  • Select an approach to curriculum mapping (levels of mastery, assessment identification)
  • Engage colleagues in a hands-on curriculum mapping session
  • Troubleshoot common problems experienced during curriculum mapping
